About the treatment

The buccal fat pads make the cheeks look full and are different from the sub-dermal fat layers. As these are large in size, they give a round and baby-faced look to the face. Buccal fat removal or Buccal Lipectomy gives a narrow and contoured look to the face. The results last for years and are more suited to round-faced people than people with narrow or angular faces as the latter can appear thin or gaunt as they age.
