Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) involves using fine needles to create hundreds of tiny, invisible puncture wounds in the top layer of skin. This minimally invasive treatment is virtually painless and effective. The micro-injuries it creates stimulates the body’s natural wound healing processes, results in cell turnover and increased collagen and elastin production, therefore reversing as well as preventing signs of aging.

About the treatment

Microneedling or CIT is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment to rejuvenate the skin. A device having fine needles creates tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin, which triggers the body to respond by creating fresh collagen and elastin. Results can be noteworthy and include improved texture and firmness, as well as a reduction in scars, stretch marks, and pore size. I have been amazed to see

I have been amazed to see my wrinkles disappear and the texture of my skin dramatically improving. I know that the results are supposed to be getting even better over the next four to six weeks. I am so happy now that I can’t imagine what it would look like in a few weeks.

Following the final treatment, my skin

Following the final treatment, my skin felt so soft and smooth. I also noticed a gradual change in the firmness of my complexion (it was nothing crazy, but it definitely felt tighter!) and so long as I quenched my skin with nourishing serums and moisturizers, my skin held its glow much longer than the first time around. For that, I think this is one at-home treatment I’ll keep up with.
